![]() Wind Riders are fast flying untis that deals pierce damage to all types of units and structures. They can also eat enemy units, digesting them until they die, however if the beast is killed before the damage dealt over time would kill them, that unit is freed. On top is an orc with a drum that can be used to boost the attacks of surrounding attackers which can be incredibly useful when trying to attack an enemy base. They deal extra damage to buildings, so it is good to have two or three focus on one tower at a time, shredding it in seconds They can be used to harass enemy bases to hinder their military growth. Raiders are great early game siege units. The beastiary is where you will train and upgrade powerful beast riders that are excellent siege troops for your army when attacking the enemy. The Witch Doctor is a helpful support unit that can heal your units using AoE healing so having one or two in frontline groups can always provide valuable support but may not always be necessary. They also have an ability called purge that can remove all buffs and slow an enemy unit. Shaman is a primary spellcaster that wont deal much damage, but will buff and protect your units making them an essential support unit for your army. The Spirit Lodge is the main structure you will use to train and upgrade spellcasters for your army. It can even learn an ability called burning oil, which is excellent for dealing extra damage to buildings and enemies because it will light the ammo the demolisher launches on fire. Launching rocks at buildings from a far this unit is essential for attacking enemy bases. The demolisher is a late game siege weapon. Headhunters are essential to have in your army early because they can protect your base from range and even protect your scouting parties from air troops. ![]() Headhunters are ranged spear throwing units with low health but high damage output, especially against flying units. They can even learn the pillage ability, gaining you resources when they attack buildings. The Barracks is your main troop training building and gives you access to three different ground troops for the orcs.Ī grunt is your most basic attack troop in the Orc Army.Unlike the basic troops in other armies however, the grunt is actually a great early game troop, boasting alot of health and no lumber cost to build, you could have several scout parties exploring the map very quickly. Peons can get into their burrows (4 per burrow) and defend your base in a pinch, though you should always leave some grunts and headhunters behind as well as watchtowers to support them in protecting your base No more than 5 workers per mine, and usually 10-12 gathering wood. Like any other basic worker, you will want to have a number of peons on hand for resource gathering for your encampment. ![]()
